Hi I do not have SingTel TV subscription so I did not change the settings related to IPTV.

I think if you want to connect TV to your Router, you router must be able to:

1. Support Multiple WAN (One for Internet another for IPTV);
2. Support the mode which HW8244H connect to IPTV

I think the simplest way is to use HW8244H. Not all routers supports the protocol for IPTV.
